Pokercard (pokercard.click) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. On this page, "Pokercard", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating the Pokercard platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who is registered on or using Pokercard's services.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire basis of your relationship with Pokercard. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of these terms. If you object to any term, please refrain from using our services.

To become a member of Pokercard, you must complete the registration process. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time.

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number, email address, or device.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Your account may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• A national ID card or other valid identity document must be provided for KYC verification.

Pokercard is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Members must confirm their age at the time of registration.

Pokercard may request additional documents for age verification at any time. Failure to verify your age may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension, and any existing balance may be withheld.

• National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate are accepted.
• Document images must be clear and legible.
• Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Deposits and withdrawals on Pokercard are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳300 across all transactions. Pokercard does not charge any transaction fees.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• For suspicious transactions, Pokercard may request additional information for verification purposes.
• All transactions are monitored in compliance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

All bets placed on Pokercard are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, cancellation or modification is generally not possible, though the cash-out feature allows limited changes in certain situations.

• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• Pokercard's decision on bets placed during a technical error is final.
• If an error is found in the odds after they have been published, Pokercard reserves the right to correct or void the affected bets.
• In live betting, any bet placed after the outcome has been confirmed may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the match and market.

Every bonus and promotion on Pokercard comes with its own terms. Accepting a bonus means accepting those terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

• The deadline to fulfill wagering requirements is stated on the bonus page.
• If bonus abuse (including arbitrage betting or systematic misuse) is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple members from the same household or device are not eligible to claim the same bonus.
• Pokercard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the promotion period expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pokercard platform. Any detected violation will result in immediate account termination, and funds on the account may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Bonus arbitrage or systematic bonus hunting.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Hacking or gaining unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Providing false information to mislead the support team.

Pokercard takes responsible betting seriously. Betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. If any member feels they are losing control over their betting, the following tools are available to help.

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake per single bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Pause your account for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent Exclusion: You have the option to permanently close your account at any time.

• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

Pokercard reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms violations. Members may also close their own account at any time.

• Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing your account.
• Balances on accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded.
• Once a permanent exclusion is activated, a new account cannot be created on the same platform.

Pokercard is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, internet outages, or unforeseen circumstances. Pokercard's liability in such cases is limited.

• No compensation is provided for betting opportunities missed due to server downtime.
• Pokercard is not responsible for issues caused by third-party network problems.
• For any incorrect transactions, please contact support — we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Pokercard may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
