Signing up on Pokercard is simple — the entire process takes just 2 minutes. To get started, On the registration page Go and fill in the following details correctly:
- Full Name — Exactly as it appears on your National ID card
- Date of Birth — You must be 18 years of age or older
- Active Mobile Number — the OTP will be sent to this number, so make sure it's correct
- Password — At least 8 characters; a mix of uppercase letters and numbers is recommended
- Gender and optionally an email address
After submitting your details, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile — enter it to complete registration. KYC verification (a photo of your National ID) is required before withdrawals, but you can complete it later.
Getting started with cricket betting on Pokercard is straightforward. Here are the steps:
- Log In and from the top menu Sports Betting Select.
- From the menu on the left Cricket or Cricket Click on the section.
- Browse the list of ongoing and upcoming matches — click the one you want to bet on.
- Choose from the markets available: Match Winner, Toss Winner, Over/Under, Top Batsman, and more.
- Click your preferred odds to add them to your bet slip. Enter your stake (minimum ৳50) and "Confirm Bet" Tap.
Odds change in real time during live matches — so quick decisions matter. Once your bet is placed, you can track its status under the "My Bets" section.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, Pokercard follows the policy below:
- If the match is cancelled before it starts: Your full stake will be returned directly to your account — no deductions. Usually within 1–6 hours.
- If the minimum required overs have been completed: For international cricket, a result is valid if at least 20 overs are bowled in ODIs or 5 overs in T20s.
- Special rules for specific markets: For in-play bets and markets with a "match must be completed" condition, if the match is abandoned mid-way the bet is voided and your stake is refunded.

Pokercard primarily offers Decimal Odds is used — it's the most common format in Bangladesh. The calculation is straightforward:
Winnings = Stake × Odds
- Odds 1.85, bet ৳100 → if you win, you get ৳185 (stake ৳100 + profit ৳85)
- Odds 3.00, bet ৳500 → if you win, you'll receive ৳1,500 (profit ৳1,000)
- Odds 1.10 — These are odds for heavy favourites; lower returns but a higher chance of winning
Higher odds mean bigger returns but lower chances of winning. You can switch to Fractional (e.g. 4/5) or American (e.g. -120) format in Settings. There's an odds format toggle at the top of your dashboard.
Don't worry — resetting your password takes just 3 minutes:
- On the login page Go and "Forgot your password?" Click the link.
- Enter the mobile number you used when registering.
- A 6-Digit OTP will arrive — it expires in 5 minutes.
- Confirm with the OTP, then set your new password.
- Log in with your new password — it works immediately.
If you don't receive the OTP Inbox & Spam Check your spam folder. If the OTP doesn't arrive on your mobile number, click "Resend" after 2 minutes. If the issue persists, contact us via live chat — we'll verify your identity and help you out.

Pokercard supports both Bengali and English. Switching languages is simple:
- At the very top or bottom of the page Language Icon (usually a flag icon or "EN/BN" label).
- Click it to bring up the language list — Bengali (Bangladesh) Select.
- If you're logged in, this setting is saved to your profile automatically.
Alternatively: Log in → Profile Settings → Language / Language Category → Set Bengali → Save.
Clearing your browser cache may sometimes reset the language to default — just set it again if that happens. If the problem continues, send a screenshot to live chat.
